What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The golden rule; treat others the way you want to be treated. Since moving the headquarters that sentiment is just not there. Treat themselves great, outside of headquarters it’s just a numbers game. Keep salaries low and deal with high turnover as it’s the best way to hit the highest bonus.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be honest and live our values in action. They are treated as works on paper and people are treated as a number (headcount and salary grade). Ethics and safety for managers are just ideals. Cost rules the decision making, period.
