What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to definitely learn to trust the employees. Working felt like I had my breath taken away the entire time, causing me so much anxiety and stress!
The leadership should learn how to support employees without putting unnecessary and stress on them. Our leaders are also difficult to communicate with.
