Could be hard at times, but Iknow everyone was trying their best

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Talking to their under staff/ employees. Getting rid of lazy/ instigating employees who do not follow health inspection rules.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Culture needs improvement. Been declining.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

free tickets to the water park when we work 20 hours within a fortnight.
