They are nice and fun to be around and focus on us and our needs when we need a break.

Management needs more leadership skills
Leadership team lacks operational expertise.
Talking to their under staff/ employees. Getting rid of lazy/ instigating employees who do not follow health inspection rules.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
free tickets to the water park when we work 20 hours within a fortnight.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
you do everyone's job and get paid a lousy amount for doing everything all the time. no benefits. if i got paid a proper amount for all of the work i do i would enjoy it more. if i was talked to like a person rather than a thing they can just use
They don't appreciate hard workers and we don't receive any benefits
Poor compensation package, cannot fully contribute to 401K plan.

Some are hard workers other are lazy
Team members have good intentions, not always given necessary tools.

We need more appreciation instead of belittling
