What does the leadership team need to get better at?
better pay for those who are not nurses or doctors. Plus you need to give out bonuses, listen to non clinical staff. Stop attitudes live by our mission values
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
our old insurance paid more for doctor and other health cost was a lot better than the one we have now. Please bring our benefits back please and thank you
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
employees that are team players, raises, more medical benefits instead of taking benefits away from us.
