What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do try to host events and bring in food to help with long bust shifts, but overall, there isn't a lot of good here. There is a lot of favoritism. If you drink with them, you're in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good and reasonably priced. This is a big reason I stay

CoWorkers are great and most everyone, other than management, is a team player.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is not the greatest. They have favorites --all people known to go out and party with them-- who recieve all the bonus perks.
