Mr. Steven J. Schreiber serves as Vice President of Business Operations at pdvWireless, Inc. Mr. Schreiber is a senior executive with over 20 years of successful operating experience within several emerging and rapid-growth technology companies. Most recently he served as Managing Partner for Woodcliff Partners, LLC, a management-consulting firm focused on advising small to mid-sized companies. Prior to that Mr. Schreiber served in a senior executive role with Expanets, Inc., a leading provider of voice communication solutions to middle market companies. At Expanets he played both an advisory and operational role assisting Expanets, Inc., to execute a roll-up of 12 business entities of varying sizes with over $375 million in sales and 350 associates. Before that he worked for Nextel Communications for six years in various general management and operational roles; in his last role he served as Vice President of National SMR Operations with responsibility for a $30 million business with over 200 associates. Mr. Schreiber has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton - Harpur College, and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Mr. Robert H. Schwartz, also known as Rob, has been Chief Strategy & Development Officer of pdvWireless, Inc. since August 2015. Mr. Schwartz served as Managing Director of Corporate Development at Unison Site Management LLC until September 22, 2015. Mr. Schwartz drives Unison Site Management innovation, developing new products and identifying strategic business opportunities. He has 18 years of leadership experience in strategy, corporate development and new product launch in the wireless industry. He was a pioneer at a number of revolutionary telecom companies including Nextel and Teligent. Mr. Schwartz has a B.B.A. from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Richard E. Rohmann, also known as Dick, co-founded pdvWireless, Inc. in 1995., and also has been its Executive Vice President and Secretary since 2004. Mr. Rohmann served from 1987 to 1995 as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Asset Management for The Lomas Santa Fe Group, prior to that he served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of HomeVest Real Estate Securities, a $70 million subsidiary of a $13 billion publicly held financial institution. He served as Director of Pacific Datavision, Inc. from 2004 to June 2014. He holds an MBA in finance from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, chemistry and biology from the University of Colorado, where he was a Boettcher Scholar.

Mr. Timothy Gray, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Financial Officer at pdvWireless, Inc. From June 2014. Mr. Gray served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MedImmune, Inc. and then served as Senior Vice President of Finance for MedImmune's Specialty Care Group until November 2013. Mr. Gray also served in various other financial roles at MedImmune since April 2008. Prior to joining MedImmune, Mr. Gray served in finance positions at AOL and Nextel Communications and started his career at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Gray is a member of the Audit Committee of the Children's Inn at the National Institutes of Health. Mr. Gray holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard Rohmann serves as the Executive Vice President of pdvWIRELESS. Richard started at pdvWIRELESS in Jan of 1997. Richard currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.

Michael Bornmann serves as the Managing Director of pdvWIRELESS. Michael started at pdvWIRELESS in Feb of 2016. Michael currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Elaine Gangeri serves as the Vice President, Controller of pdvWIRELESS. Elaine started at pdvWIRELESS in Oct of 2014. Elaine currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
