Company is all about the profits. They lose all their good people because they will not pay them. From officers to managers and even directors turn over very often. The branch I work had 4 people all with 10 plus years leave in the last couple years.

Morale is terrible there. Constant turnover is the problem.

Constant fair increases. Have a fair scale based on performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is in between family owned and huge. So some small company attributes remain.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Reduce turnover. Increase pay. Sometimes it makes more sense to keep tenured good employees and pay them what they desire.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They pay all people way under scale if you use tools that show you your market value. They trip over 1000 to get to 10000 sometimes. In my opinion.
