There is a very diverse clientele at my workplace, they are mainly friendly and team workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all work together as a team, they do not act as a distraction from work but rather a motivation to each other. The majority of the employees have worked there for a long time and know the systems very well, and are very good at training new employees as well as team leadership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wages for this job should be higher, I think workers deserve more for the work they are doing, there for raising the wage would raise pay altogether.
