Family feel, you can go to anyone for anything.

Moved very fast, made me do a practical exercise which allowed me to show my marketing brain.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Unreliable supply means that future plans are largely undermined. When core is OOS, means budget cuts, which means lower A&P so from a marketing perspective you can't do anything although the ambition is great.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better supply. Most of the reason why we aren't growing is because we have no reliability of stock, especially compared to competitors. Too many suppliers. No point in buying CBD businesses if your core is always OOS.
