Communicating between different shifts and making sure everybody can peform the best they can
Better supply. Most of the reason why we aren't growing is because we have no reliability of stock, especially compared to competitors. Too many suppliers. No point in buying CBD businesses if your core is always OOS.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equal and fair and when you dedicated for whatever job task that assign and the work that assign is alway will be done on time and you 1000% sffort to task you got assign...

Certain people get put everywhere where only one person knows one room and arent willing to learn other rooms

I am a hard worker. Then you have so many coming in to do the bare min. I am expected to to do their work, retrain them and then also do my job.
Having the ability to negotiate merit based raises outside of promotions, currently not possible since salaries are determined by "market value". Continuing to have flexible work arrangements would also make up for sub standard compensation and benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and good hard working lady and gentleman and alway respected each and be polite..

Prefer to be able to focus on my work and not have so many side conversations going on around me at all times while in the office.
Coworkers tend to stab people in the back and talk badly about you and the leadership does this with coworkers

More accomodations for working parents and flexibility. Less focus on the image of work and more focus on the actual quality delivered

You need to go over the little things such as going to the Perrigo store

The pay and benefits are what keep me. I like being busy as well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unreliable supply means that future plans are largely undermined. When core is OOS, means budget cuts, which means lower A&P so from a marketing perspective you can't do anything although the ambition is great.
training leadership would be a start and making sure employees follow the rules and people are treated the same
