Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Business model is to charge clients as much as possible and pay "consultants" as little as possible. Don't expect to get paid market rates unless you haggle very hard and take a job somewhere else.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company keeps changing strategic direction, neglecting it's profitable business line, and failing behind to better run competitors (which it denies are competitors)
