Overall I've had a great experience, i believe I would benefit from having more structure regarding career advancement since I've never been formally promoted in several years of work. I've been recognized and received raises but no promotions

We take our culture seriously. It's part of our day to day activities, our behavior appraisals, everyone feels connected to our values and they've become organically related to everything we do

I couldn't possibly fit all that in 300 characters. Pipefy is truly 'people first' and the culture and behaviors are everywhere, always enforced by employees of all seniority levels. I can only speak from my experience but it's an amazing environment with great professionals.
