Established in 1980 by Pete Fitzpatrick to install roofing, siding and windows on residential homes. In 2013, we added our Bath Division which is the newest area of the company. Taking care of our customers was our primary focus and the reason for our success then and now. Our many repeat and referral customers helped us grow the business through the years.

Commission based compensation is outstanding. The bonus structure, commission rates, and sales leads are incredible.

Everyone wants to help everyone. Because it is a great place to work, everyone is always in a good mood.

The leadership team is always a phone call or text away. They genuinely want to help in any way they can.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was first a zoom, then an in person interview. Both felt as though I was being asked to work for the company, not the other way around.
