What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
General interactions and communication. A lot of ideas are not communicated effectively. There is a fair amount of wasted resources. Moreover, there doesn't seem to be any comradery between any of the employees (might just be because the company is very new)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work I do is so menial and seemingly irrelevant. Could be improved by giving me a set amount of tasks to complete in a given period (per day/week) rather than instructing me to perform the same tasks over again for the entirety of my shift.
