Mr. Douglas John Newby has been President of Proteus Capital at Polymet Mining Corp. since June 15, 2017. Mr. Newby served as the Chief Financial Officer of Polymet Mining Corp. from November 22, 2005 to June 15, 2017. At PolyMet Mining, Mr. Newby was responsible for all aspects of its financing, including its corporate financial assets, financial controls, corporate and securities filings, corporate governance and relationships with investors, banks and other potential finance sources. He is also a member of the senior executive leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of Polymet Mining. He has been the President of Proteus Capital Corp., since July 2001. He is responsible to structure and arrange financing to place the Polymet Mining's NorthMet copper-nickel-precious metal project in northern Minnesota into production. Mr. Newby has approximately 30 years of experience in the evaluation and financing of mining companies and projects around the world. He has had direct management experience with project in Latin America, West Africa and Southeast Asia as well as the United States. He has advised and helped arrange billions of dollars in finance and corporate transactions in the mining and energy industries in countries all over the world, including North and South America, Africa, Australia and Asia. Mr. Newby served as Vice President of Cadence Resources Corp. since January 2004. He served as an Investment Advisor and Analyst at Incor Holdings PLC. He served as an Equity Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, Research Division. He served as an Analyst at Williams de Bro???, Research Division. He served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Goldfields Inc., (now New Gold, Inc.) from October 21, 2005 to February 13, 2006 and served as its Executive Vice President from March, 2005 to October 2005. He served as Managing Director of Proteus Consultants Ltd. from January 1991 to July 2001 and Managing Partner of Moyes Newby & Co. Inc. from April 1994 to December 1998. He was Equity Analyst of Deutsche Bank AG, Research Division. Before forming Proteus Consultants Ltd., Mr. Newby held senior positions with the investment banking firms of S.G. Warburg & Co. Inc., Morgan Grenfell & Co., and James Capel & Co. He joined James Capel & Co to design and build an evaluation model of the South African gold mining industry. He was subsequently appointed head of international mining research and was top-ranked mining analyst in London. He joined Morgan Grenfell in London to set up and run a mining research and share trading division, which covered European, North American and Australian mining companies. Mr. Newby relocated to New York at the end of 1988 with Morgan Grenfell, before joining SG Warburg in New York. He worked briefly as a computer software consultant. He advised Western Silver on financing and strategic development of the Penasquito copper-silver project in Mexico. He served as a Director at Coronet Metals Inc. from June 1, 2011 to October 10, 2014. He served as a Director of McEwen Mining Inc. (US Gold Corporation) since October 16, 1997. Mr. Newby served as an Independent Director of Western Goldfields Inc. from January 2004 to March 29, 2006. In 2011, he joined the board of Coronet Minerals. A graduate of King's College London in England, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics.

Mr. Bradley H. Moore, also known as Brad, has been an Executive Vice President of Environmental & Governmental Affairs at Polymet Mining Corp. since January 24, 2011. Mr. Moore joined PolyMet Mining in 2011. He is also a Member of the senior executive leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of Polymet Mining Corp. He is responsible for Polymet's effort to complete environmental review and obtain permits necessary for construction and operation of the NorthMet copper-nickel-precious metals project located in the established Mesabi mining district in northeastern Minnesota. He has nearly 30 years experience in environmental regulation, review and government positions. He served as Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency from 2006 to 2008 and as Assistant Commissioner for Operations of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources from January 1999 to August 2006. Prior to that, he worked in leadership and policy analyst positions with the MDNR and the Minnesota Department of Public Service (now the Department of Commerce). In December 2008, Mr. Moore joined Barr Engineering as Senior Advisor, Public and Governmental Affairs where he advised several companies, including PolyMet, on environmental strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., and a Master of Arts degree in Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Mr. Andrew Ware has been the Chief Geologist of Polymet Mining Corp. since April 01, 2013. Mr. Ware joined Polymet Mining Corp. in 2013. At Polymet Mining, Mr. Ware is responsible for ore-body definition, as well as reporting updates/changes and exploration activities. He focuses on progressing exploration and advancing the NorthMet project through permitting and into production. He has more than 25 years of mining industry expertise. He has been in the ore-body knowledge field for more than 10 years. He serves on mineral exploration projects all over the world, including in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Chile, Mexico and the U.S. Prior to joining PolyMet, he served for the Rio Tinto's Eagle and Tamarack Ni-Cu projects, holding numerous positions, including acting project director, exploration manager and site operations manager. Mr. Ware graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in applied geology from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Niall Moore served as a Controller and Secretary of Polymet Mining Corp., since September 2006 and since December 4, 2006 respectively and is responsible for legal and regulatory compliance, financial reporting and internal controls. Mr. Moore has over 20 years of experience with public companies in the resource sector. He worked fulltime for Placer Dome Inc. and as a Consultant to Barrick Gold Inc. He served as an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young LLP. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, compliance and valuation work.

Mr. Patrick F. Keenan, also known as Pat, has been Chief Financial Officer of Polymet Mining Corp. since June 15, 2017. Mr. Keenan served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Newmont Mining Corporation since September 2015 until February 1, 2017. Mr. Keenan joined Newmont in September 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Rio Tinto Energy, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto plc from 2013 to September 2015. Prior to, he served at other global Rio Tinto subsidiaries including as Chief Financial Officer for Kennecott Utah Copper LLC from 2009 to 2013 and Rio Tinto Diamonds from 2007 to 2008. He worked in various other finance, accounting and planning roles with Rio Tinto subsidiaries from 1994 to 2007. He spent more than 20 years with Rio Tinto in a variety of roles. Prior to Rio Tinto, he was employed by Phelps Dodge Corporation as a Financial Analyst and Teledyne as an Internal Auditor. Mr. Keenan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation in the state of Arizona.

Brad Moore serves as the Exec. VP for Environmental & Govt Affairs of PolyMet Mining, Inc.. Brad currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Bruce Richardson serves as the Vice President, Corporate Communications & External Affairs of PolyMet Mining, Inc.. Bruce currently resides in the Phoenix, Arizona Area.
