My team is supportive, pushes me to grow and learn alongside them. They respect me, they have my back and I'm very lucky to work with them :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is kind, and I think that's a huge differentiator in this area. People are sharp, great at what they do, but I also feel connected to the people I'm working with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about the greater company and are very transparent with all of us working here. It really helps boost morale and give you a sense of connection to your work when you knowhow it impacts the business down the line!
