How employees describe working at Poshmark
Customer service seems to be run by bots. I purchased an item and it was not at all what was described. Instead of giving me a refund as promised, the company keeps sending me bot-like responses.
No communication. Brushes you off and does not care what you say to dispute an issue, even if it's a valid refutal of a claim.
