Poshmark has had the best company culture I have experienced thus far in my career. Approachable leadership and open collaborative work environment.
The customer service staff is usually stellar. This last experience requires a manager to oversee. ZERO, ZILCH complete disregard to my request. Obviously, the corporate team does not care for customer service excellence or they wouldn't give so much power to ones who shouldn't have it. Failure.
