This store is the worst i bought a bars of soap but i did not receive it i try to explain to the seller but she couldn't help me and they keep on taking monay from my bank account without me knowing they took like 40 houndred dollars without my permissio. Yall have to stop doing this money is hard
Etsy is now favoring drop ship companies and no longer supporting the small crafter. It seems there is no money in quality, handmade items.
Their customer service is non-existant since the corporation decided to eliminate call in/phone operator assistance to its sellers and buyers. There is ligerally no feasible way in which to get in touch with an actial person capable of handling kne's problem/issue. This company clearly does not care
be carefull watch out for thieves
I have appealed to have my shop re-opened. I was overseas and missed a payment by two days for the cut off. I apologised I asked to have automated payments. I was treated coldly I am new to ETSY - there was help as I missed only one payment. ETSY had my credit card details. I am mortified .
