How employees describe working at The RealReal

They gave me a chance

Applied for a job got a very rude reply - looks like I dodged a bullet!

I encountered blatant discrimination at this company. While some might dismiss it as disgruntled feedback, I assure you I'm not disgruntled. As a neurodivergent individual working in the HR department, they made success in my role nearly impossible due to their lack of inclusivity.

Q&A With The RealReal Employees

  • I can only speak for the engineering teams. We have a great culture of smart and ego-less people. This keeps everyone very happy. We are allowed to explore and use up-to-date technologies and are encouraged to seek ways to improve our products and ourselves.
