What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team should enhance their empathy and demonstrate genuine care for their employees, rather than treating them like mere subordinates. It's crucial to recognize the humanity of those working within the organization.
Communicating because it is very important
CARE about people! Active listening and improving engagement... Invest in organizational training and talent development. Cultivate a culture of HUMILITY and RESPECT. LEAD by example! Creating a more diverse and inclusive work environment, fostering a place of belonging for everyone in all depts.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pto,parent leave,pay,50 dollars monthly for food.
The base salary is acceptable. However, when I initially received my offer, the stock market for TRR was thriving, and now it has significantly declined.
I am pleasantly surprised they give so much pto . I've never known of a company to give so much .
The benefit options are comparable to others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the job is humiliating
Extremely high expectations (work 24/7 at minimum wake) with unattainable goals. When I was interviewing they painted such a different picture. 110% not what I signed up for or told upfront.
We make less when compared to other companies. It's also very hard to get salary increases unless you have another offer in hand
the upper management has absolutely no idea what is going on, they are so far removed and don't seem to care how people are treated. \n

Colleagues should improve their communication by honestly expressing their feelings to management, rather than sharing one perspective with peers and providing misleading information when questioned by leadership.
We'd work better together if we felt safe and heard

Recruiters and hiring manager to communicate in alignment on the role itself and any changing directives and/or timelines. Be considerate of the candidates time, providing timely updates.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone loves their job so everyone is happy . I've been here over a year I've never seen a down or grumpy person yet ,it's amazing . You'll love it too !

Nothing. Replace leadership and promote from within instead of hiring from outside and lay off people with years of experience
