There are pros and cons. Sometimes more of one than the other. The immediate co workers are wonderful the management could use some improvements. Other than that everything is great.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work with a great team of teachers who are very creative and knowledgeable

Better Communication with the teachers and oarents

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better about compensation if I felt like my hard work, time and schedule were respected. I don't make enough for what I deal with every day.
