They care about the staff
How everyone works together to help each other.
The activities and coworkes relation
Excepting that we are ginuene peopld outside of work and not treat us like we mean nothing when we are ginuenly sick or need time off for funerals, emergencies, school, abd etc. we have had major encounters that we as a whole staff dont believe is ethical.
They're quick to tell you what you're doing wrong, but don't value anything else
Listening to employees and respect their time. When an employee asks for a specific schedule they should be given that. If a consistent schedule is promised then that promise needs to be kept. Don't make promises that can't be delivered. Don't ask an employee to do something they were not hired for.
Needs a lot of work
Hiring based on skill and experience instead of family ties, communication with staff, providing quality supplies, reasonable wages for lead and assistant teachers.
I have not really looked into it
Pay rate, benefits training updated meeting
Yes feeling more valued by the leadership team
Because I told on a teacher, that have been there for years, so my job have been threatened
I would feel better about compensation if I felt like my hard work, time and schedule were respected. I don't make enough for what I deal with every day.
I think for the amount of work, as well as how hard we work we deserve better pay. We are very under appreciated.
Co workers get along verg nicely but we all feel we are not treated well
We get along like family
Love my co workers just management
I work with a great team of teachers who are very creative and knowledgeable
How we can all work together.
certain teachers need to open their eyes and realize that everyone is equal and that just because that they have been teaching longer does it mean that they are better than the other staff theyre being rude to.
Teachers need to be qualified and trained properly. There was absolutely no training happen. They were hiring any kids and letting them do whatever they want it just to have a body in the room for a ratio.
The teaching staff are like family
There is not just one of cultures it's diversified
The smiles on the kids face. It makes me want to keep working.
The time with the kids and good relationship with coworkers
Better Communication with the teachers and oarents
Everyone seemed pretty friendly until I started Working
The person who interviewed me, was friendly, straight to the point and kept it short but still asked all of the appropriate interview questions.
They given the opportunity to let them know everything about me

Keeping ratio at what primrose wouldnlike them to be
I think the management could have a better understanding of how things are inside the department we work one. I think we could be treated more like adults and less like children. I think we could be appreciated and understood more.
