I would not reccomend my current location. The current owner doesnt care about the childrens education or safety as well as the staff.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

certain teachers need to open their eyes and realize that everyone is equal and that just because that they have been teaching longer does it mean that they are better than the other staff theyre being rude to.

There are pros and cons. Sometimes more of one than the other. The immediate co workers are wonderful the management could use some improvements. Other than that everything is great.
