Where do I start? From the lack of support from management to the grotesque way HR-lies and manipulates people, I am floored at how business is done at Privia. It is a miracle that the company is still standing after such high turnover rates. Employees are afraid of losing their jobs every day.

Company Culture: Teams are extremely siloed--I am not sure what really happens in those Management Leadership sessions because I am yet to see 'people managers' who are effective at actually managing people. The DEI initiatives that HR keeps talking about is not effective and the data shows it.
