ability to listen and be proactive

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company Culture: Teams are extremely siloed--I am not sure what really happens in those Management Leadership sessions because I am yet to see 'people managers' who are effective at actually managing people. The DEI initiatives that HR keeps talking about is not effective and the data shows it.
Listening actively to their employees needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance . Bonuses have no metrics just if they like you or not

Being paid fairly according to the Industry Standard

They are very nice and friendly

Direct leadership better management skills less micromanagemnet
Actually listen to employees, train upper management on leadership principles
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting a variety of different people.
The interviewer was open, and easy to converse with. I didn't feel rushed or nervous during the interview process.
