They listen and include the team on the companies vision. They are very transparent bout everything they do, including on the financial side.

Progressus pays above industry average and their comp plan is performance based and very rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone supports one another. If you need help a coworker will not only encourage you to ask but they will stop what they are doing to help you out. This is as close as you can get to everyone being like family. We all do things together at work and outside of work.
