When the company was small, it had average employees and below average management. As the company has grown, higher quality management and employees were added. But it grew so fast that organizational communication and cooperation suffered. It looks like that is being addressed. I'm hopeful.

People are friendly, fun and respectful towards each other.

There is a high standard of quality in the science and engineering. I like the people I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing high quality science and engineering ... with the hope that it will make a difference to customers and eventually the health of many people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to really care about the average employee. There is a lot of communication about company goals and plans. There is concern for "work/life balance" and diversity/social justice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we get stock options and opportunity to buy stock at discount. Even though this might be a small part of the compensation, it makes employees be more vested in teh company's success.
