What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know that I can trust them to make the right decisions to propel the company into a great position in the future. They're clear and transparent with the employees and they're focused on issues that matter.

Stock options and quarterly commission payments.

I like that we get stock options and opportunity to buy stock at discount. Even though this might be a small part of the compensation, it makes employees be more vested in teh company's success.

The FSE team is very collaborative. We're often by ourselves working, but we're never really by ourselves.
