Covid has made things tough but need more social events, clubs, interest groups. They have nothing like that.

Don't pay to market. If they did, they would attract better talent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to make theit Managers more accountable for the business. Not always the Sales Reps.
