We seem to get along and don't want to participate in anything toxic. It's nice to not have office gossip.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Definitely being able to work from home plus having that medical benefit for myself and my family is a great bonus. I have a lot of reassurance that if anything, we will be okay.
