Mr. Bogdan Popa serves as Vice President of Operations & IT Division and Member of Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank S.A. and served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice-President of Financial Controlling & Accounting since 2012.

Ms. Anca Ileana Ioan served as Chief Executive Officer of Tiriac Holdings Ltd. Ms. Ioan has been an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Raiffeisen Bank S.A. since April 27, 2009. After 10 years of strategic consultancy and 3 years of management of Tiriac Group, currently, she manages Smart Management Consultants, which provides consulting and asset management services. Ms. Ioan holds a Master of Business Administration and Canadian MBA program.

Mircea Busuioceanu has been the Chief Risk Officer, Vice President of Risk and Member of Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank S.A. since 2012.

Gen. Steven Cornelis van Groningen serves as the Member of Management Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Raiffeisen Bank S.A. Gen. van Groningen has served as a Vice-President, since June, 2001 and a President, since February, 2002, at Banca Agricola-Raiffeisen. He is an expert of the Central and Eastern Europe banking sector and over the past 10 years he has held top management positions in subsidiaries of Western-European banks in Romania, Hungary and Russia. Gen. van Groningen managed the start up of ABN Amro subsidiary in Bucharest. He has been a Member of the Board of Nominees of SC Fondul Proprietatea SA, since April 13, 2012. Gen. van Groningen has received a Master's in Corporate Law from Leiden University, in 1986.
