What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workers truly make this place bareable as we all have the same experiences within the business. Good and bad.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The can do attitude that majority of workers display. The willingness to help each other. The ability to advise of unresolved issues within the organisation that may affect others safety/morale. The ability to take a hit from management and still perform to their top level of work continuously.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not applicable as all employees start from labour hire companies. As such they are provided pre screened by labour hire.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management need to improve/replaced as they have had the same attitudes towards their employees for my 12+ years and longer. Berating employees instead of listening is no way to promote a positive business environment, which leads to the continual exit of staff from Recochems employ.Safety is danger
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management has made the employee group undervalued. Too be treated as a human being working on behalf of company, not as a cog in a broken machine that ultimately you get blamed for as Management refuses to take ownership of there input to these challenges. Management is stale and negligent
