What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This company is literally a late capitalistic dystopia come to life. They pay people like Sweat Shop workers and expect you to sit around 8 hours a day to get 40 minutes worth of pay. It's absolutely disgusting how this company is run. I wouldnt recommend the job to a homeless person, it's atrocious
