Terrible. Just terrible. No consistancy, feeling like you are "in trouble" a lot. Getting yelled at across the room. Manager comes and goes for the day without say hi or bye. Just yucky all around

Have inclusive meetings and not just call on the 2 "rock stars"

Be inclusive all genders and personalities. We are not a locker room.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Males are paid more. Experience does not matter. Pay raises do not exists, they will just change your title.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has tunnel vision for their own success and do not care about their "team". Males who play hockey or golf, succeed here. Females get ignored, are paid less and often have uncertainty about the longevity of their job. I
