Leadership has tunnel vision for their own success and do not care about their "team". Males who play hockey or golf, succeed here. Females get ignored, are paid less and often have uncertainty about the longevity of their job. I
What is the best part about your compensation package?
unlimited PTO has been a huge bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Males are paid more. Experience does not matter. Pay raises do not exists, they will just change your title.
What are some of the best things about your team?
very collaborative, engaging and supportive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have inclusive meetings and not just call on the 2 "rock stars"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the company truly values their employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be inclusive all genders and personalities. We are not a locker room.

Friendly and informative. Good experience
