Seeing something you started from nothing grow into something that contributes greatly to the team and companies success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work as you own the business. The ability to propose new ideas and then work on them. Execution from start to finish.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My Interview process was non traditional, I was brought on as a contractor and proved my worth to the team. I liked the challenge, but it was a risk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is the empowerment that is given to each member of the team. Truly listening to the ideas that are brought to the table, by facilitating an open environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the compensation package is very competitive. Having the ability to work hard while I am here, and then having time off is great. I do wish there was more flexibility to work from home, which is available to other departments.
