Rheem company has recently laid off employees, that did not deserve to be severered. It appears that Rheem does not value their employees and I am concerned for my job. Some of the executives are not trustworthy. I would not recommend to a friend to work at Rheem.

The ability to interview from a remote location.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and bonus is good. The medical benefits are good.
