Rightpoint has had exponential growth since founding in 2008 - this comes with some inherent challenges. During my short tenure with Rightpoint (6 months), I have felt that leadership is working on the right things. Peers are respectful and inclusive and there is a chance to be heard (good or bad).

Always willing to help. Fun to be around, Supportive and encouraging but also playful and inclusive
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to our clients and working with my peers to brainstorm an approach to a client or project. I work with alot of brilliant people
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was an established process, expectations were set well. Chance to dig in to see if it was the right fit - for both sides
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the Rightpoint has done a good job of demonstrating that the people in the organization and our clients come first. A very human-centered organization
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the flexible time off - they encourage you to take the time you need. Medical and other benefits are robust. Variable comp is generous for BD.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always willing to jump in to help - there isn't any task that is beneath them. If you need time with them you can schedule right on their calendar. They are also working hard to provide the resources for people to be successful
