Leadership is not against rolling up their sleeves and diving into the work hands-on.

The welcoming nature of all team members from the top-down, everyone is open to ideas and implementing change if/when needed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

All departments are quick to assist other functional areas without resistance. We are all working toward the same company goals, and everyone is on board with that concept. We definitely have each others backs!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Silkroad, like most other companies, has disproportionately male management. The higher you look the worse it is. Female leaders no matter how worthy don't get promoted, so they leave eventually. They hired several women from outside but internal promotion is non-existent.
