There are many very bright business minded people at Riverside. Unfortunately, most are so focused on the all mighty dollar they forget how to be human. Very few of the staff genuinely care about other employees. I have found this pervasive throughout the organization.

Financially, this is a good place to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire and value people who care about others. Start by asking personal questions before getting right down to business. Give people true advice vs hiding problems behind peoples back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team focuses on the job and reaching goals. Again, the people part of the business is lacking. If all you care about is tackling business issues, teams are fine.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm not sure the leadership team can change. It's just simply not easy to change ones personality. If they truly wanted to improve the culture, then hire and promote people who care.
