I'm not sure the leadership team can change. It's just simply not easy to change ones personality. If they truly wanted to improve the culture, then hire and promote people who care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Financially, this is a good place to work.

The team focuses on the job and reaching goals. Again, the people part of the business is lacking. If all you care about is tackling business issues, teams are fine.

Hire and value people who care about others. Start by asking personal questions before getting right down to business. Give people true advice vs hiding problems behind peoples back.

HR Director was wonderful to deal with and made onboarding simple and fast
