The company environment is very much set by the ceo, but is generally one of trust and comradship.

Being able to see results from the work I do.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is a small, tightly run company where the ceo makes nearly all final decisions. He needs to relinquish some of that authority and let people do their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my rate is very low for what I do.
