It's the best of both worlds. It's a very established company with very stable technology and strong patents. It's also innovative and operates like a start-up, in the fact that it moves quickly and rolls out new technology to keep the company ahead of its competitors.

The team is innovative, and it's global, so it's nice to interact with people in different countries and learn new things about different cultures.
