What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The stress was nonstop because everyone was expected to work like machines while pretending everything was great. I got yelled at for taking a full lunch break, even when I stayed late. We were pushed to move faster, do more, and smile while doing it - like burnout was just part of the job.
