Mr. Todd M. Clinton has been Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Salisbury Bancorp Inc. and Salisbury Bank & Trust Company since May 14, 2014. Mr. Clinton served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Compliance of Salisbury Bank and Trust Company. Mr. Clinton served as the Senior Vice President, Compliance and Operations Officer of Salisbury Bank and Trust Company. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology and Compliance Officer of the Bank since June of 2002. Prior to that he served as Operations Officer of the Bank from September of 1997 to June of 2002. He is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and the ABA Compliance Management School with more than 25 years of experience in community banking.

Mr. James E. Cotter has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Salisbury Bancorp Inc. and Salisbury Bank and Trust Company since January 29, 2016. Mr. Cotter served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Naugatuck Valley Financial Corporation since May 6, 2013. Mr. Cotter served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan at Naugatuck Valley Financial Corporation since May 6, 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking & Sales of Newtown Savings Bank, Inc. from February 2006 to May 2013. Mr. Cotter has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of banking and bank management and served senior executive officer positions at several community banks. He served as Senior Vice President of Fairfield County Bank (Ridgefield, Connecticut) from January 2000 to February 2006, Vice President, Controller and Audit Manager of the former The Bank of New Haven (New Haven, Connecticut), and Vice President of Operations and Director of Internal Audit of the former OmniBank (Clinton, Connecticut). He also served as Director of Financial Operations and Treasury Management of Saint Rafael Healthcare System, Inc. (New Haven, Connecticut). He is a Registered Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of New Haven and a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. John Matthew Davies has been the President of New York Region at Salisbury Bank and Trust Company and Salisbury Bancorp Inc. since December 2014 and serves as its Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Davies served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Riverside Bank (Poughkeepsie, NY). Mr. Davies has 20 years of commercial lending experience, handling business relationships in the Hudson Valley. He served as a Director of Riverside Bank (Poughkeepsie, NY). Mr. Davies graduated from Pace University with an MBA in Business Administration.

Mr. Peter Albero has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. since October 20, 2017. Mr. Albero has over 30 years of accounting, financial reconciliation and regulatory reporting experience. He previously served as Director, Financial Services Advisory Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY since September 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Albero spent 27 years at Morgan Stanley, New York, NY most recently serving as Managing Director, Head of SEC Reporting and Disclosure from June 2014 to July 2015. He served as Managing Director, Head of Regulatory Reporting from September 2012 to May 2014 and prior to that, as Managing Director, Head of Corporate Reporting and Analysis from December 2007 to August 2012. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Mr. Albero received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Manhattan College in 1986 and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1996.

Amy Raymond serves as the Senior Vice President of Salisbury Bank and Trust Company. Amy started at Salisbury Bank and Trust Company in May of 2014. Amy is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.
