We have a way of still being able to serve the folks the old fashion way, by giving something that the would like to do when they at first get up in the morning.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have any benefits like stock or anything else like it. but since, I am in the single copy dept., we only use "cash only" which is usually OK with me, but we only are able to make so much.
