My co-workers (most of them), and the kids who come in and out from day to day. they show enthusiasm and give me hope even when I feel undervalued.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I had to take 3 interviews, two with corporate managers and one with the CEO before I was offered a poor paying job.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Super fun job. Insulting pay. Theres an expection to do work thay you wont get paid for such as, learning songs, casting kids in your shows, emailing updates to parents, restringing/tuning guitars, etc. No real incentive to go above and beyond because of how rare raises are.
