I had to take 3 interviews, two with corporate managers and one with the CEO before I was offered a poor paying job.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Super fun job. Insulting pay. Theres an expection to do work thay you wont get paid for such as, learning songs, casting kids in your shows, emailing updates to parents, restringing/tuning guitars, etc. No real incentive to go above and beyond because of how rare raises are.

What do you value most about this brand?

Worth every penny, great place for kids!

Low pay, change in pay (lower wages or secondary rate that is half of normal rate), no benefits, they say a perk is beingn able to get shifts covered by subs but subs and other instructors are overworked or unwilling, no PTO, no set raises, bonuese and prep time pay cut a day before checks were sent
