this job is outrageously fun with terrible pay. you are hiring pro musicians who have immaculate skill sets and you are paying them dirt wages and giving them pathetic hours. this is an insult of the most extreme degree
What are some of the best things about your team?
my coworkers are incredible. i understand school of rock's attract macho losers for staff, but i am fortunate enough to work at a school filled with decent people. i wish i was not the only woman that worked there though
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is an incredibly supportive environment, at least the rooms that i am in are. i think my coworkers are lovely and we do our best to create an atmosphere where kids feel like they can express themselves. i love my students dearly
